Voters who meet certain conditions will be able to vote by mail.

Vote by Absentee Ballot – Mail Application Deadline: October 24, 2024 at 11:59 PM (local prevailing time)

To return your ballot, you can mail it back in, or hand deliver it to the Morgan County Election Board at the Morgan County Admin Building at 180 S. Main St in Martinsville or you may deliver it to any polling location during Early Voting or Election Day.

Please note: If you have a defective or spoiled ballot, please call the Election Board Office at (765) 342-1025. You will also need to download this form to properly surrender your ballot and request a replacement.

1. You are registered to vote.
2. You are both a U.S. citizen and a resident of Indiana; and
3. You will be at least 18 years of age on or before the next General or Municipal Election, and
4. You are not currently in prison after being convicted of a crime; and
5. You have lived in the precinct where you vote for at least 30 days prior to the election; and
6. You are registered to vote
