Vote by Mail
Voters who meet certain conditions will be able to vote by mail.
To vote by mail in the 2024 Primary Election, you must complete and return an application by 11:59 pm on Thursdat, April 25th. Once you receive your absentee ballot, it must be marked, signed and returned by 6:00 pm on Election Day, Tuesday, May 7th to be counted.
To return your ballot, you can mail it back in, or hand deliver it to the Morgan County Election Board at the Morgan County Admin Building at 180 S. Main St in Martinsville or you may deliver it to any polling location during Early Voting or Election Day.
Please note: If you have a defective or spoiled ballot, please call the Election Board Office at (765) 342-1025. You will also need to download this form to properly surrender your ballot and request a replacement.
